AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 14.203, THREE-WAY
AND FOUR-WAY STOP INTERSECTIONS, AND 14.206, ONE-
WAY STREETS OR ALLEYS; BY DELETING CERTAIN PARA-
GRAPHS CONTAINED TIIEREIN
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, by the President and Board
of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook
and DuPage, as follows:
Section 1: That Section 14.203, Three -Way and Four -Way
Stop Intersections, (Paragraph B), be amended by deleting
Paragraph 4, Landmeier Road, and Paragraph 5, Oakton. Road, so as
to read as follows:
"B. Lively Blvd., and,
1. Greenleaf Avenue
2. Pratt Blvd.
3. Touhy Avenue "
Section 2: That Section 14.206, One -Way Streets or Alleys,
be amended by deleting the following paragraph
"C. Gaylord Street from Higgins Road to Bennett Street;
one-way northbound only.
D. Little Higgins Road from Wildwood Road to Park -N -Shop
Shopping Center; one-way westbound only"
Section 3: This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage and approval, according to law.
PASSED this 5th day of Decemher , 1972.
APPROVED this 5th day of December o 1972.
