AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 14.203 OF THE
MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE VILLAGE OF ELK GROVE
VILLAGE
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, by the President and Board of
Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and
DuPage, Illinois, as follows:
ection 1: That Paragraph B of Section 14.203, 3 -Way and
4 -Way stop intersections, be amended so as to read as follows:
B. Lively Blvd. and
(1) Greenleaf Avenue
(2) Pratt Blvd.
(3) Touhy Avenue
(4) Oakton Road
Section 2: That any person, firm or corporation who violates
the provisions of this ordinance shall be subject to a fine of not
less than $5.00, nor more than $200.00 for each offense.
Section 3: That this ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage, approval and publication, according
to law.
