AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 14.512,
ADDITIONAL NO PARKING STREETS AND AREAS
OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE VILLAGE OF
ELK GROVE VILLAGE
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, by the President and Board of
Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, as follows:
Section 1: That Section 14.512, Additional No -Parking
Streets and Areas be amended by adding thereto the following:
59. On both sides of Biesterfield Road between
Schirra Circle and West Glen Trail.
60. On the east side of West Glen Trail, btween
Biesterfield Road and a point 165.0 ft. north
of the north curve of Borman Court, a point
which serves as the north property line of the
property commonly known as 947 West Glen Trail.
61. On the west side of West Glen Trail between
Biesterfield Road and a point 990.0 ft. south
of Biesterfield Road, a point which serves as
the.north property line of the Village Well
Site #p7, lot 5204.
Section 2: Any person, firm or corporation violating any
provisions of this ordinance shall be fined not less than $5.00,
nor more than $200.00 for each offense, and each day a violation
continues to exist shall constitute a separate offense

Section 3: That this ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passa?-, approval and publication, according
to law.
