AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 14, ARTICLE
11 OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE VILLAGE OF
ELK GROVE VILLAGE RELATING TO STOP
INTERSECTIONS
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, by the President and Board
of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of
Cook and DuPage, Illinois, as follows:
Section 1: That Section 14.204 of the Municipal Code
of the Village of Elk Grove Village, designated "Stop
Intersection" be amended by adding thereto the following:
"47. n. Oakton Road and Wildwood Road"
Section 2: That this ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage, approval and publication, as
provided by law.
