AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE VILLAGE
OF ELK GROVE VILLAGE, CHAPTER 14, ARTICLE V, SECTION
14.512, BY ADDING AREAS AND STREETS ON WHICH PARKING IS
PROHIBITED
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, by the President and Board of Trustees
of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, Illinois,
as follows:

Section 1: That Chapter 14, Article V, Section 14.512, Paragraph 18,
of the Municipal Code on the Village of Elk Grove Village be amended by
adding thereto two new paragraphs paragraphs 54 and 55, which paragraphs
read as follows:
54. On the south side of Wellington Avenue from the
intersection of Somerset Lane to a point 668 feet
west of said intersection.
55• On the west side of Somerset Lane from the inter-
section of Wellington Avenue to a point 988 feet
south of said intersection.
Section 2: That it is hereby declared that this ordinance is required
to protect the health and safety of the residents of the Village, that
such protection is an emergency and therefore this ordinance shall be
of full force and effect immediately upon its passage and approval.
Section 3: Any person, firm or corporation violating any provision of
this ordinance shall be fined not less than $5.00 nor more than $200.
per violation.
