AN ORDINANCE PROHIBITING PARKING ON
CERTAIN PARTS OF ELK GROVE BOULEVARD
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, by the President and Board
of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, as follows:
Section l: That Section 14.512 of the Municipal Code of
the Village of Elk Grove Village, prohibiting parking along
certain streets, be amended by adding thereto the following:
54. On the north side of Elk Grove Blvd. from Tower Lane
to Victoria, parking is prohibited on Monday through
Friday from 6:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M.
55• On the north side of Elk Grove Blvd., from Victoria
East to Love Street, and on the South side of Elk
Grove Blvd. from Victoria East to Tonne Rd., said
restrictions to be from 6:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M.
Monday through Friday, only.
Section 2: That this ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage, approval and publication,
according to law.
