AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 14 OF THE MUNICIPAL
CODE BY THE ADDITION OF' SECTION 14.617 SIZES
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, by the President aid Board
of Trustees of the Village of Ell- Grove Village, that:
Section ]_: That Chapter 14 of the Municipal Code be
amended by adding thereto the following section:
"14.617. Sizes. Any vehicle having 50 cc piston
displacement or less is prohibited from operating on streets and
public property in the Village."
Section 2: That this ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage, and approval, according
to law.
