AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE
OF TIME VILLAGE OF ELN GROVE VILLAGE, AS
AMENDED, RELATING TO PARCEL C OF THE PLANNED
UNIT DEVELOPMENT
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission of the Village of Elk Grove
Village has conducted public hearings pursuant to notice to consider
the proposed amendment to Ordinance No. 535 insofar as it relates
to Parcel "C", described in the attached Exhibit A, attached to
said ordinance, which provides that said parcel be developed in a
manner other than is provided in Ordinance No. 535; and
WHEREAS, the said Plan Commission has submitted its
recommendations to the President and Board of Trustees of the Village
of Elk Grove Village;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, by the President and Board
of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook
and DuPage, Illinois, as follows:
Section 1: That incorporated into this ordinance and
made a part hereof by reference is the Exhibit, designated as
exhibit A, attached hereto.
Section 2: That the portion of Ordinance No. 535, inso-
far as it relates to Parcel C, the legal description of which is
set forth on Exhibit A attached hereto, be amended so that only
those uses ennumerated and set forth on said Exhibit A shall be
permitted in the property legally described therein.
Section 3: That any person, firm or corporation who
violates, disobeys, omits, neglects or refuses to comply with or
who resists the enforcement of any provision of this ordinance shall
be fined not less than $5.00, normore than $500 for each offense,
and each day that a violation is permitted to exist or continue
shall constitute a separate offense.
Section 4: That this ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage, approval and publication,
according to law.

EXHIBIT "A"
That part of the Southwest quarter of Section 29, and the Northwest quarter of
Section 32, Township 41 North, Range ll, East of the Third Principal Meridian
lying South of the Southerly line of Winston Road and lying North of the
Northerly line of Gloucester Drive between the Easterly line of Bisner Road
and the Westerly line of Leicester Road (excepting from said parcel that part
thereof described as commencing at a point on the Northerly line of said
Gloucester Drive, said point being North 890 56' 50" west 279.0 feet distant
from the Northwest corner of said Gloucester Drive and Leicaster Road: thence
North 000 03' 10" East at right angles to said North line of Gloucester Drive

west corner of Gloucester Drive and Leicaster Road; thence North 000 03' 10"
East along said Westerly line of Leicaster Road 425.93 feet to a point of
curve in said Westerly line; Thence Northerly along a curved line concave
Westerly and having a radius of 670.0 feet a distance of 47.56 feet; thence
South 750 03' 10" West 174.47 feet; thence North 250 00' 00" West 268.26 feet;
thence North 400 00' 00" West 198.07 feet to a point on the Southerly line
of said Winston Road, said Southerly line of Winston Road being a curved line
concave Northwesterly, having a radius of 725.0 feet and said point being
211.16 feet. Southwesterly as measured along said Southerly line of Winston
Road of the southwest corner of said Winston Road and Leicaster Road; thence
Southwesterly along said Southerly line of ';Winston Road, being a curved line
concave Northwesterly and'having a ray us of 725.0 feet as aforesaid, a dis-
tance of 203.05 feet; thence south 00 03' 10" West 524.79 feet; thence South
1170 36' 54" East 567.0 feet to a point on the Northerly line of said Gloucester
Drive 250.0 feet Westerly, as measured along said Northerly line of Drive of
the place of beginning; thence South 890 56' 50" East along said Northerly
