ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 14.204 OF
THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE VILLAGE OF ELK GROVE
VILLAGE RELATING TO STOP INTERSECTIONS
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board
of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of
Cook and DuPage, Illinois, as follows:
Section 1: That Section 14.204, paragraph 47, of the
Municipal Code of the Village of Elk Grove Village relating to
Stop Intersections be amended by adding item 1 thereto, as follows:
"l. Elk Grove Boulevard and John F. Kennedy Boulevard.''
Section 2: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage, approval and publication as
provided by law.
PASSED this 1st. day of September, 1970.
