AN ORDINANCE LIFTING NO PARKING RESTRICTIONS FROM
BRANTWOOD AVENUE BETWEEN KENNEDY BOULEVARD AND EDEN
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, by the President and Board
of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook
and DuPage, Illinois:
Section 1: That Section 14.512, Item No. 42 of the
Municipal Code be amended by deleting Item 42, reading as follows:
1142. On the west side of, Brantwood Avenue from the
Brantwood-Eden intersection to the intersection of Brantwood
Avenue and Kennedy Boulevard."
Section 2: This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage, approval, and publication
according to law.
Passed and approved this 13th day of October, 1970.
