AN ORDINANCE REPEALING ARTICLE X OF THE
MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO SOLICITORS
AND CANVASSERS
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, by the President and Board
of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of
Cook and DuPage, Illinois, that:
Section 1: Chapter 22, Article X, entitled "Solicitors,
Canvassers" be and is hereby repealed.
Section 2: This Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage, approval and publication.
