AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING MEETING DATES
FOR THE VILLAGE OF ELK GROVE VILLAGE
ELIMINATING THE MEETING OF DECEMBER 22, 1970
AND ADDING A MEETING ON DECEMBER 15, 1970
NOW, THEREFORE, BE.IT ORDAINED by the President ail Board P
of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of
Cook and DuPage, State of Illinois, as follows:
Section 1: That Chapter 2, Article 1, Section 2.103 -
Meetings, as amended is hereby further modified and amended so
as to eliminate and delete a regularly scheduled meeting on
December 22, 1970 of the President and Board of Trustees and to
provide for a general meeting of the President and Board of
Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village on December 15, 1970,
at 8:00 P.M. at the Village Hall.
Section 2: The Village Clerk is advised and directed to
take all steps necessary to publish this Ordinance in accordance
with pertinent provisions of the law.
