NOW, THEREFOIR3, BE IT OP.DAIFED by the President and Board of Trustees
of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, State
of Illinois, as follows:
Section 1: That Paragraph 1 of Section 2.103- b;eetinos of the
Municipal Code be hereby further modified and amended to read as follows:
"The Vi_].lage Board shall hold its regular meetings on the first, second
and fourth Tucsday of each month at 8:00 P.!d. and no notice to each
Village Roa.rd i.:ember of such ineetings shall be required. The meeting
place of said Board shall be at the I:unicinal Center, 901 Wellington, in the
Village of Elk Groc�, Village unless other,:ise directed; provicicd, ho•wover,
that if the m..cetin, date small fall on a legal holiday, the Village hoard
shall. meet on the day following.
Sectio:; 2: This change shall be in full. force and effect after its
publication in accordance with pertinent provisions of the law.
