WHEREAS. the President and hoard of Trogtees of the Village or
Elk Grove Village believe it to be in tho best. interest of the
Village and its residents that its water and sever services be
restricted to property within the Village since said system hos
been purchased for the primary purpose of serving the Village
residents and since the demands for services have cscala.ded in
su?h manner as to restrict the eLtension of said services for
the benefit of persons and propeTLy resi<wal to the Village of
EIV Grove Village.
NOW, ,THEREFORE, BE IT OrDA1NIM by 'Me President. and Mar, of
Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and
DuPage, Illinois:
Section 1: That Section 2.2A..1-09 of the Municipal Code of Elk
Grove Village be and is hereby amandcd to read as follows:
"22A.109 - Only property within the Village limits
shall be entitled to and receive Vi_l-l:ge water
and sewer services. Present users without the.
Village shall have until. 00myr V l-g(u
to provide themselves MOTOR services or such
other tc;_-minal date as specified in prior written
contracts should it extend beyond sold gime. After said
date they shall not be eni:.itl_ed to further. service."
Section -2: The Village Manager shall, within thirty (30) days
from the Jate,heroof notify all present users of the PYOVIF-lons pf
this Ordinance by sending a copy of the some to them at tic,
