WNEREAS, the Plan Coua;ission of the Village of Ell: Grove Village, sitting as a Zoning Commission ar a public moetiug duly called and held according to Ian considcrod thi qu-stion of reclassifying the real estate hereinafter described from R-1 to 0 2; and WHERGAS, the President and Board of Trustees of the Mile, of Elk Grove Village, having considered the, recommendation of said Zoning Comnission, find and believe t-hatthr highest and best use or said real estate is that of M-2. NOW, TNLRE.FORE, BE IT ORDAM D by the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Flk Grove Village, Cool and OuPpgc Counties, Illinois: Section 1: That an Ordinance. entitled "An Ordinance to Regulate. and Limit the Ncight. and Bulk of Buildings, to Regulate end Limit the Intensity of the Use of Lot Areas, and to Regulate and Determine the. Areas of Open Space Within and Surrounding Such Buildings; to Classify, Regulate and Restrict the Location of Trades and Industries and the Location of Buildings Designed for Specified Industrial Business, Residential and other uses; to Divide the Entire Village of Elk Grove Village into Districts for the Purpose: of this Ordinance; to Fix Standards to M ch Buildings or Structures shall Conform; to Prohibit Uses, Buildings or Structures Incompatible with the Character of Such Districts Respectively; and to Prevent Additions to and Alterations or Rciapc)cling of Existing Buildings or Structures in Such a Way as to Avoid the Restrictions and Limitations Lawfully Im;osud Heieundcr, and to Provide Perallics for Violation hereof", pasnnd and approved July S, 1951 known as Ordinance No. 20, as anwn0vd, he rm2ndvd by reclassifyinO the follosiny descrih.ad mal estate. frau R -I to II -2: That part of the Vest half of ,to Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter and part of the Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 34, Township Al North, Range 11, East of the Third Principal MAW, described as follows: Beginning on the South line of said Section at a point 2614.55 Feel: East of the Southta st Corner of said Section; Thence East along the South lint: of said Seelion, 674.80 feet; Thence North along a line parallel to the Vest line of thn Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of said Section to the North line of the lest half f the Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter,of said Section; Thence. West along the North line of the fest Half of the Scuthw,st Quarter of the Southeast Quarter and along the North line of tho Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of said Scction to its intersection with a line parallel to the Vest line of tho Southwest Quarter of th:!
