AN ORD I NAPM RE -ZONING PROPLM Y LOCATED IN
THE VI IA ACE OF ELK GROVE VILLAGE.
WNEREAS, the Plan Coua;ission of the Village of Ell: Grove Village,
sitting as a Zoning Commission ar a public moetiug duly called and
held according to Ian considcrod thi qu-stion of reclassifying the
real estate hereinafter described from R-1 to 0 2; and
WHERGAS, the President and Board of Trustees of the Mile, of
Elk Grove Village, having considered the, recommendation of said Zoning
Comnission, find and believe t-hatthr highest and best use or said
real estate is that of M-2.
NOW, TNLRE.FORE, BE IT ORDAM D by the President and Board of
Trustees of the Village of Flk Grove Village, Cool and OuPpgc Counties,
Illinois:
Section 1: That an Ordinance. entitled "An Ordinance to Regulate.
and Limit the Ncight. and Bulk of Buildings, to Regulate end Limit the
Intensity of the Use of Lot Areas, and to Regulate and Determine the.
Areas of Open Space Within and Surrounding Such Buildings; to Classify,
Regulate and Restrict the Location of Trades and Industries and the
Location of Buildings Designed for Specified Industrial Business,
Residential and other uses; to Divide the Entire Village of Elk Grove
Village into Districts for the Purpose: of this Ordinance; to Fix
Standards to M ch Buildings or Structures shall Conform; to Prohibit
Uses, Buildings or Structures Incompatible with the Character of Such
Districts Respectively; and to Prevent Additions to and Alterations or
Rciapc)cling of Existing Buildings or Structures in Such a Way as to
Avoid the Restrictions and Limitations Lawfully Im;osud Heieundcr, and
to Provide Perallics for Violation hereof", pasnnd and approved July S,

East along the South lint: of said Seelion, 674.80 feet; Thence
North along a line parallel to the Vest line of thn Southwest
Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of said Section to the North
line of the lest half f the Southwest Quarter of the Southeast
Quarter,of said Section; Thence. West along the North line of
the fest Half of the Scuthw,st Quarter of the Southeast Quarter

Southwest Quarter of said Scction to its intersection with a

Section 2: That said real estate as reclassified shall be subject
to all the limitations and conditions placed upon properties in the M-2
classifications as defined in the ordinances aforementioned.
Sec tion_3: That any person, fire or corporation who violates,
disobeys, omits, neglects or refuses to comply with or who resists
the enforcement of any of the provisions of this ordinance shall he
fined not more than One `4undred and Ho/l00 ($1(10.00) Dollars for each
offense, and each dory that a violntion.is permitted to exist shall
constitute a scparatc offense.
Section 4: that this Ordinanrc shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage, approved, and pA liealion, according to low.
