AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 6.101 OF THE MUNICIPAL C'1_;,)E OF ELK
GROVE VILLAGE AND AUTHORIZING THE NUMBER OF FULL-TIME: PERSONNEL
IN THE ELK GROVE VILLAGE FIRE DEPARTMENT
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of
Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage,
Illinois:
Section 1 . That Section 6.101, as amended, of the Municipal
Code of the Village of Elk Grove Village, be and is hereby fur-
ther amended to read as follows:
6.101 Establishment. There is hereby created and established
a Department of the Municipal Government of the Village of
Elk Grove Village which shall be known as the Fire 'Depanment.
Said Department shall consist of the following full-time p=_rsonnel,
and such other personnel as may be provided from time to Iirne by
the President and Board of Trustees:
One (1) Fire Chief
Three (3) L,ieutenar)ts
Three (3) Fire Engineers
Twenty-five (2S) Firemen
Section 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its passage and approval according to law.
