AN ORDINANCE RE -ZONING PROPERTY LOCATED IN
THE VILLAGE OF ELK GROVE VILLAGE
PORSCHE AUDI at O'HARE, INCORPORATED
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission of the Village of Elk Grove Village,
sitting as a Zoning Commission at a public meeting duly called and
held according to law considered the question of reclassifying the
real estate hereinafter described from M-2 to B-1.
AND WHEREAS, the President and Board. of Trustees of the Village
o.`_ Elk Grove Village, having considered the recommendation of said
Zoning Board of Appeals, find and believe that the highest and best
uae of said real estate is that of B-1.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of
Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Cook and DuPage Counties,
Illinois:
Section 1: That an ordinance entitled "An Ordinance to Regulate
and Limit the Height and Bulk of Buildings; to Regulate and Limit
the Intensity of the Use of Lot Areas, and to Regulate and Determine
the Areas of Open Space Within and Surrounding Such Buildings; to
Classify, Regulate and. Restrict the Location of Trades and Industries
and the Location of Buildings Designed for Specified Industrial Business,

Residential and other uses; to Divide the Entire Vilbge of Elk Grove
Village into Di-stri_cts for the Purpose of this Ordinance; to Fix
Standards to Which Buildings or Structures shall Conform; to Prohibit
Uses, Buildings or Structures Incompatible with the Character: of Such
Districts Respectively; and to Prevent Additions to and Alterations
or Remodeling of Existing Buildings or Structures in Such a Way as
to Avoid the Restrictions and Limi_tations.LawEully Imposed Hereunder,

and to Provide Penalties for Violation hereof." pas.,. .:1 and approved
July 8,, 1957 known as Ordinance No. 20, as amended, be amended by
reclassifying the following described real. estate from M-2 to B-1.
That part of the East 370.0 feet of the Southeast
Quarter of Section 26, Township 41 North, Range 11,
East of the Third Principal Meridian, lying South
of a line drawn at right angles to the East line of
the Southeast Quarter of said Section 26 at a point
1419.90 feet South of the North line of the Southeast
Quarter of said Section 26 and lying Northerly of the
Northerly line of Higgins re -subdivision of part of the
Southeast Quarter of Section 26, Township 41 North,
Range 11, East of the Third Principal Meridian together
with Lots I through 11, both inclusive and Lot:; 16 thru
34, both inclusive, together with vacated streets and
alleys abutting and adjacent to said lots in St:eele's
Higgins and Touhy Highlands, being a subdivision in the
East half of the Southeast Quarter of Section 26, Township
41 North, Range 11, East of the Third Principal. Meridian
(except the East 50.0 feet thereof) in Cook County, Illinois.
EXCEPT that part of the East 370.0 feet of the Southeast
Quarter of Section 26, Township 41 North, Range 11, East
of the Third Principal. Meridian lying South of a line drawn at
right angles to the East line of the Southeast Quarter of
said Section 26 at a point 1769.90 feet South of the North
line of the Southeast Quarter of said Section 26 and lying
Northerly of the Northly line of Higgins re -subdivision of
part of the South east Quarter of said Section 26 in Cook
County, Illinois
AND Lot 1 (except the South 260.25 feet thereof) in Higgins
re -subdivision of part of the Southeast Quarter of Section
26, Township 41 North, Range 11, East of the Third Principal
Meridian together with Lots 1 thru 11, both inclusive, and
Lots 16 thru 34, both inclusive, together with vacated
streets and alleys abutting and adjacent to said lots in
Steele's Higgins and Touhy Highlands being a subdivision in
the East Half of the Southeast Quarter of Section 26, Town-
ship 41 North, IRange 11, East of the Third Principal Meridian
in Elk Grove Village, Cook County, Illinois.
Section 2: That said real estate as reclassified shall be
subject to all the limitations and conditions placed upon properties
in the B-1 classifications as defined in the ordinances aforementioned.

Section 3: That any person, firm or corporati_; who violates,
disobeys, omits, neglects or refuses to corply wi..' :;r who resists
the enforceuent of any of the provisions of this ordinance shall. be
fined not more than One Hundred and Noj100 (,$'100.00) Dollars for each
Offense, and each day that a violation is permitted to exist. shall
constitutea separate offense.
Section 4: That this Ordinance shall be in full force. and effect
from and after its passage, approval and publication, according to
law.
