Section is That Section 8.005 of the Municipal Code of Elk Grove Village
relating to the availability of Village: owned water and sewer facilities
to property located within the VillaLe and particularly paragraph (c)
thereof be amended by adding:
"(3)"(3)
Provided, however, that, the developer or own^,r
seeking a water tap -on in the a ows hereinafter
described has paid the fees per acre designated K.
time of annexation. if said fee has not been paid.,
