AN ORDINANCE PROHIBITING PARKING ON PRINCIPAL ROADS IN THE VILLAGE
OF ELK GROVE VILLAGE
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees
of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, Illinois:
Section 1: That Section 14.512 of the Municipal Code of the Village of Elk
Grove Village, the introduction of which reads as follows:
14.512 (Additional No Parking streets and areas) It shall be unlawful for
any person, firm or corporation to permit any vehicle to stand in any of the
following places, except when necessary to avoid conflict with other traffic,
in compliance with police direction, or to discharge passengers. Said places
in which parking is prohibited are as follows:
39. Along Landmeier Road, along Higgins Road.
along Elmhurst Road, along Devon Avenue and
along Tonne Road, in the Village of Elk Grove
Village.
Section 2: This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its
passage, approval and publication as required by law.
