ORDINANCE GRANTING A SPECIAL USE PERMIT
TO PERMIT THE PROPERTY DESCRIBED TO BE
USED FOR RAILROAD PURPOSES
NOWT THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of
Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Cook and DuPage Counties,
Illinois:
Section is That the owners of the premises hereinafter des-
cribed are hereby granted a special use permit so as to use the premises
described on Exhibit "A" attached for railroad purposes to serve the
adjacent and adjoining property with railroad services; that the successors
and assigns of said owners shall have a right to the use permit granted.
Section 2: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage, approval and publication according to law.
