NOW: THEREFOREt BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of
Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and
DuPage, Illinois:
Section ]..t. That Section 22A.109 of. the Municipal Code of the
Village of Elk Grove Village be amended to read as follows:
"22AJ09 - Only property within the Village limits
shall be entitled to Village water and
sewer services unless the Village has
entered into a special water and sewer
contrac`_ to serve said premises. Present
users without the Village shall have until
October_ 30, 1970 to provide themselves with
such services or such other terminal date
as specA fieri in pri_or written contracts should
it extood beyond said time. After said date
they shall not he entitled to further service,''
Section 20 That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect

from and after its passage and approval/as provided by law.
