COMPPJ,^I FOR AN ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICE BUILDING WITH ANTEMIA IN
SECTION 17
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees
of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and Dulage,
Illinois:
Section 1. That the Zoning Ordinance of the Village of Elk Grove
Village be modified by the granting of a Special Use Permit so as
to permit Centex Construction Company to use the real property
described on Exhibit "A" attached for an administrative office
building (with antenna tower not to exceed 50 feet) for the con-
struction and sale of its residences in the Village. That said permit
shall terminate 5 years from date unless extended by the
Village.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage, approval and publication according to law.
