NOW, UIEREFO'Rti, BE IT ORDAINED by the President. and Board of
Trustees of the Village of Ell: Grove Village, Counties of Cook and
DuPagc, Illinois:
Section 1. That Section 6.101, as amended, of the Yunicipal
code of the Village of Elk Grove Village be and is hereby
further amended to read as follows:
6301 Establishment. There is hereby created and established
a Department of the Municipal Covornment of the Village of Elk
Grove Village't!hich shall_ be know as the Eire Department. Said
Department shall consist of the folloni_ng full -Limy, personnel,
and such other personnel - as may be provided from limo to time
by the President and Board of Trustees:
One (1) Fire Chief
Three (3) Captains
Four (4) Lieutenants
Six (6) Fire. Eu2inccrs
Tventy-nine (29) Fireman
Section 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and approval according to law.
