NOW UhE RE'.FORI., RE IT ORDAINED, by the President and
Hoard of Trustees in the Village of L'lk Grove Village,
counties of Cook and Du Page, Illinois:
Section I. That the Municipal Code of the Village of
Elk Grove Village is amended by adding thereto the following:
4.108 D^_puty Village Prosecutor
There is hereby created the offices of Deputy Village Prosecutor.
Said officers shall not exceed three in number, shall be under
the direction and supervision of the Village Prosecutor. And
shall have the duties and powers of the Village Prosecutor when
so acting. Their compensation shall be determined by the
Village Prosecutor but shall not exceed the total compensation
paid him and his compensation shall be lessened to the extent
of their compensation.
Said. Deputy Prosecutor or Prosecutors shall be appointed by
the Village President with the approval of the Trustees upon
the recommendation of the Village Prosecutor.
_Section_ 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage and approval.
