AN ORDINANCE VACATING EASEMENT
FOR SEWER AND DRAINAGE ON LOT 33 IN
CENTEX INDUSTRIES PARKX UN7`.� 6
WHEREAS, heretofore, an easement for sewer and drainage
was recorded as Document No, 18524141 with the Cook County Recorder
of Deeds, creating such easement across Lot 33 in the Centex Industrial
Park, Unit Six (6), hereinafter described in greater detail., and
WHEREAS, as aforementioned, a portion of said easement
is Ito longer necessary to the Village of Elk Grove Village and ein
obstruction to the improvement of said Lot 33,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and
the. Board of Trustees of the Village of_ Elk Crove Village, Illinois
Cozinti.es of Cook and Du Page, that:
Section 1. That that portion of easement for sewer
and drainage, as hereinafter described below, shall be
and the same is hereby vacated;
That part of Lot 33 in Centex industrial Park Unit 6
being a subdivision in Section 26 and 35, Township 41
North, Range 11, Fast of the Third Principal Meridian
described as follows: Beginning at a point on the East
line of the West 20.0 feet of said Lot 33, 90.0 feet
North of the South line of said lot; thence Lbr;':heastez-ly
to a point on the North line of the South 20.0 feet of
said lot, 180.0 feet East of the West line of said lot;
thence West on the North line of the South 20.0 feet of
said Lot 88.47 Feet; thence Northwesterly to a point on
the East line of the West 20.0 feet of said Lot, 31.29
feet south of the place of beginning; thence North on
the East Line of the West 20.0 Feet of said lot, 31.29
feet to the place of beginning in Cook County, Illinois.
Section 2. Be it further ordained that the Village
Clerk of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Illinois, be and is
hereby directed to file with the Recorder of Deeds, Cook County,
Illinois, a certified copy of this Ordinance and accompanying Plat
V
Trustees
of Vacation approved and adopted by the President and Board of of the
Village of Elk Grove Village, Illinois, on the first _day
of April, 19 69 .
