WHEREAS, the Plan Ccmmissi.on of the Village of Elk Grove
Village did conduct a public hearing to determine whether or not a
special use permit should be granted for the property hereinafter
described, and did so reccmmend; and
WHLRF.AS, it is deemed to the best interest of the Village
that a special use permit permitting same be issued, subject to the
conditions and provisions of Ordinance No. 607.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and the
Board of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of
Cook and DuPage, Illinois:
Sec then _1. That the Zoning Ordinance of the Village of Elk
Grove Village heretofore passed and approved, be amended so as to
permit the issuance of a special use permit for a nursing home on
the premises hereinafter described, subject to all conditions and
restrictions contained in Ordinance No. 607, heretofore passed and
adopted, and to the additional condition that a street twenty -night
(281) feet in width tas measured back to back) be installed an an
extension of Bisner Road from Biesterfield Road to Bristol Lade, two-
thirds (2/3) of the cost of said improvement to be borne by the property
owner, one-third (1/3) to be borne by the Village, said one-third (1/3)
to be no more than Five Thousand ($5,000.00) Dollars.
The South 325.00 feet of Lot 4676 in Elk Grove Village
Section 15 being a subdivision of Section 32, Township
41 North, Range 11, East of the Third Principal Meridian
in Cook County, Illinois.
Section 2. That all administrative officials of the Village
of Elk Grove Village are authorized and directed to issue all necessary
permits so as to accomplish the proposed ordinance.
Section 3. Any person who violates, disobeys, neglects, or
refuses to comply with this ordinance shall be fined not more than One
Hundred Q100.00) Dollars nor less than Five ($5.00) Dollars for each
offense and every day a violation is permitted to exist shall be a
separate offense.
Section 4. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage, approval and publication according to law.
