ORDINANCE AMENDING `'d_CIION 14.512 OF THE
MUNICIPAL_ CODF OF THE VILLAGE OF ELK
GROVE VILLAGE.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED By the President and Board of Trustees,
Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, Illinois, as follows:
Section 1: That the Municipal Code of Ell: Grove Village, paragraphs 39
and following of Section 14.512 be amended to road as follows:
04.9%`j0 Along Landmeier Road, along Higgins Road between
Landmeier Road and Elmhurst Road, along Elmhurst Road,
along Devon Avenue and along Tonne Road, in the Village of
Elk Grove Village.
4E YOn both sides of Rockwood Drive b,tween Shadywood
Lane and Redwood Avenue.
4-020n the south side of Shadytirood Lane between Wildwood
Road and Rockwood Drive.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effec, from and after its passage, approval and publication as
provided by law.
