AN ORDINANCE REZONING CERTAIN
PROPERTY FROM 8-1 BUSINESS DISTRICT
TO THE A-1 ZONING DISTRICT
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission of the Village of Elk Grove Village, pursuant to
proper notice, has held a public hearing upon the subject matter of a certain amendment
to the Zoning Ordinance of the Village of Elk Grove Village.
NOL4, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
VILLAGE OF ELY. GROVE VILLAGE, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the Zoning map of the Village of ELk Grove Village included
and made a part of the Elk Grove Village Zoning Ordinance, as amended, is hereby
further amended by rezoning and reclassifying the following described real estate
from the B-1 Business District to the A-1 Zoning District.
PARCEL 1: The North 15 acres, except the East 397.08 feet tiereof, of thy:
Northwest 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4 of Section 32, Township 41 r 1,
Range 11, East of the Third Principal Meridian, i -i Cook County,
Illinois (approximately 10.5012 acres).
PARCEL 2: The West 100 feet of the East 397.08 feet of the South 185 feet of the
North 15 acres of the Northwest 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4 of
Section 32, Township 41 North, Range 11, East of the Third Principal
Meridian, in Cook County, Illinois (approximately .425 acres).
Section 2. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith,
are, to the extent of such conflict, hereby repealed.
Section 3. That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after
its passage, approval and publication as provided by law.
