THE VILLAGE OU VIA GROVE VIL AU:
WHEREAS, a written petition has been filed with the Village Clerk of
the Village of. Elk Grove Village by Werely Landmeier and Lucille Landmeier;
Natural Gas Pipeline Company of America; and Edward Oehl.erking and Marian
Oehlerking and Chicago Title and. Trust Cnnpany, Tiust Number 50020, being
the sole record owners of the hereinafter OwscnihrC land and territory for
annexation to the Village of Elk Grove Village; and
WHEREAS Juanita Pacheco and Jose Pacheco; Richard M. Rice and Betty D.
Rice; and Joanne Smith and Eugene S:rIth, the sole electors residing on said
property, have joined in said petition for annexation; and
WHEREAS, said land and territory is not within the corporate limits of any
municipality but is contiguous to the Village of Elk Grove Village, has six
electors residing thereon, namely Juanita Pacheco, Jose Pacheco, Richard M.
Rice, Betty D. Rice, Joanne Smith and Eugene Smith; and
WHEREAS, said petitioners are tinder oath and in all respects comply with
the requirements of the Statutes in such cases made and provided; and
WHEREAS, said land and territory is within the _ Elk Grove
rural fire protection district, who have been duly notified in accordance with Sufi
Statutes and have evidenced no objection to this action; and'
WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove
Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, Illinois, have examined said petitions

and believe it .to be to the best interest of'sai.d'Village that said land
and territory be annexed thereto:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of
the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, Illinois:
