AN ORDINANCE RENUMBERING THE CHAPTER
AND SECTIONS OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE
HERETOFORE DESIGNATED AS CHAPTER 25B
TO CHAPTER 24B
WHEREAS, through inadvertence, the Code of the
Village of Elk Grove Village has been mis-numbered, and
WHEREAS, it was the intent of the legislative
body to designate Chapter and Sections 25B as 24B respectively,
NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President
and Board of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village,
Counties of Cook and DuPage, Illinois:
Section 1: That the Chapter of the Elk Grove
Village Municipal Code entitled Chapter 25B, captioned as "Fair
Housing Ordinance" be henceforth known as Chapter 24B, "Fair
Housing Ordinance" and that each Section of said Chapter be
prefixed 24B-.
Section 2: This ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage, approval and publication
according to law.
