AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 14.511 AND
SUPPLEMENTING SECTION 14.512 RELATING TO
PARKING RESTRICTIONS
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and
Board of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties
of Cook and DuPage, Illinois:
Section 1: That sub -paragraph (a) of Paragraph six
(6) of Section 14.511 be and is hereby deleted.
Section 2.. That there be added to Section 14.512
providing for additional no parking streets and areas, the
following:
"23 yOAlong Landmeier Road, along Higgins Road
between Landmeier and Elmhurst Road, along Elmhurst Road, along
Devon Avenue and Tonne Road, in the Village of Elk Grove Village."
Section 3: This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage, approval and publication
according to law.
