AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE VILLAGE OF ELK GROVE
VILLAGE ZONING ORDINANCE BY AUTHORIZING A
SPECIAL USE PERMIT TO PERMIT THE CONSTRUCTION
OF' A 50 FOOT HIGH RADIO ANTENNA AT 1414 LUNT
AVENUE, ELK GROVE VILLAGE,_ILLINOIS
WHEREAS the President. and Board of Trustees, Village
of Elk Grove Village, did conduct a public hearing for the
purpose of determining whether or not a special use permit
should be issued to permit a 50 foot high radio antenna on
premises hereinafter described to Industrial Sheet Metal Works,
and
WHEREAS it is deemed to the best interest of the
Village that a special use permit, permitting same, to be issued.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED by the President and
Board of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties
of. Cook and DuPage, Illinois:
Section 1: That the zoning ordinance of the Village
of Elk Grove Village heretofore passed and approved be ammended
so as to permit the issuance of a. special use permit to Industrial..
Sheet Metal Works for the purpose of constructing a 50 foot high
radio antenna on premises commonly known as 1414 Lunt Avenue,
Elk Grove Village, Illinois and legally described as follows:
LEGAL
Section 34, Township 41 North, Range 11, East of
the Third Principal Meridian, bounded and described
as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the west line of the
40 foot drainage ditch as dedicated in the Centex
Industrial Park Unit 56 being a subdivision in Section
34, and the North line of Lunt Avenue; thence West
along the North line of Lunt Avenue 125 feet; thence
North at right angle to said North line of Lunt Avenue
250 feet; thence East at right angle to the last de-
scribed course 125 feet; thence South 250 feet to the
place of beginning in Cook County, Illinois. i'he above
legal description is equivalent. to Lot 98 in Centex
Industrial Park Unit 67, being a subdivision of Section
34, Township 41 North, Range 11, East of the Third
Principal Meridian in Cook County, Illinois.

Section 2: That all administrative officials of the
Village of Elk Grove Village are authorized and directed to
issue all necessary permits so as to accomplish the proposed
ordinance.
Section 3: Any person who violates, disobeys,
neglects or refuses to comply with this ordinance shall be
fined not more than One Hundred ($100.00) Dollars nor less
than Five ($5.00) Dollars for each offense and every day a
violation is permitted to exist shall be a separate offense.
Section 4: This ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage, approval and publication
according to law.
