LIQUOR LICENSES BY ONE (1)
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED by the President and
Board of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties
of Cook and DuPage, Illinois:
Section 1: That the first paragraph of Section 20.009
of the Municipal Code of the Village of Elk Grove Village be and
is hereby amended to read as follows:
20.009 Number of Licenses) There shall be issued in
the Village of Elk Grove Village no more than five (5)
Class "A" liquor licenses; no more than three (3) Class
"B" liquor licenses; and no more than five (5) Class
"C" licenses.
Section 2: This ordinance shall be in full force and
effec'C from and after its passage, approval and publication
according to law.
