ELIMINATING DUTIES OF COLLECTOR
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED by the President and
Board of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties
of Cook and Du Page, Illinois:
Section 1: That Section 3.004 and 3.005 be and is
hereby repealed.
Section 2: That Section 3.010 of the Municipal Code
of the Village of Elk Grove Village, be and is hereby amended to
read as follows:
"3.010 The Village Clerk shall not collect moneys
for the Village. All moneys shall be collected by
the Village Finance Director who shall also be the
Village Collector".
Section 3: This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage, approval and publication
according to law.
