AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 558
RELATING TO FIRE' DEPARTMI;:;dT PAY
NOW THEREFORE; be it ordaJ,ned by the President. and
Board of Trustees of the V. -Mage of Elk Grover Village, Counties
of Cook and Du Page, Illinois:
Section 1: That Ordinance No. 558 be amended by adding
the following additional paragraph to Section 4 thereof:
" No member of the Fire DeparLr,Lent, upon receiving a
promotion in rank, shall receive less compensation
hereander than he was receiving prior to hi.s pro-
motion".
Section 2: This Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage and approval accoxd:ing to law.
