AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE B-2 BUSINESS DISTRICT REGULATIONS OF
THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE OF ELK GROVE VILLAGE
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of
Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook
and DuPage, Illinois:
Section 1. That Section 2 of Article XI, "B-2" Business
District Regulations of the Zoning Ordinance of the Village
of Elk Grove Village, be and is hereby amended to read as
follows:
"Section 2. Use Regulations: A building or premises shall
be used only for the following purposes:
Any use permitted in the B-1 htisiness District Regulations
Filling station
Tavern
Food Store
Motel
Restaurant. "
Section 2. That this ordinance shali be in full force and
effect from and after its passage, approval and publication
according to law.
