ORDINANCE NO, 509
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 23.905 THE PENALTY PROVISIONS
FOR VIOLATING PARKING RESTRICTIONS IN FIRE LANES
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of
Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of
Cook and. DuPage, Illinois:
Section 1. That the penalty provisions for violation of the
provisions of Article IX Chapter 23 of the Municipal Code of
Elk Grove Village rel-ati.ng to parking in fire lanes, and parti-
cularly Section 23.905 thereof, be amended to read as follows:
"23.905 Any person violating any provisions of this article
shall be fined not less than Five ($5.00) Dollars nor more
than Two Hundred($200.00) Dollars for each offense."
Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in full force and
affect from and after its passage, approval and publication
zccording to law.
