AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 8.005 OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE
RELATING TO NEW STREET CONSTRUCTION
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of
Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of
Cook and DuPage, Illinois:
Section 1. That sub -paragraph b) of paragraph 1 of Street
Pavement Standards of Section 8.005 of the Municipal Code
of Elk Grove Village be amended by adding thereto the
following language:
"Prior to the commencement of any nevi stmet ebnatructioa, the
developer shall notify the Village Manager, at least 24 hours
inadvance, as to the nature of the work bL-ing done.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage, approval and publication
according to law.
