ORDINANCE NO. 3
AN ORDINANCE APPROVING FINAL PLAT OF SECTION 16 AND
AUTHORIZING SPECIAL USE .PERMIT
WHEREAS, e President and Board of Trustees did by Ordinance
No. 3 zone and classify the real estate hereinafter des-
cribed as R-4, (Planned Development)
ANDS WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees did by
Ordinance No. .S-�Sapprove a preliminary land use and zoning
plat and authorized the use of said real estate as indicated
on said plat
AND, WHEREAS, the owner of said real estate has submitted a
plat of subdivision in accordance with the approved preliminary
land use and zoning plat heretofore approved, the conformity of
which has been determined by the Plan Commission
AND WHEREAS, all requirements of law have been satisfied.
NOW THEREFORE, be it ordained by the President and Board of
Trustees, Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and
DuPage, Illinois:
Section 1: Tha� the plat of subdivision for real estate
legally described as follows:
LEGAL DESCRIPTION
Elk Grow' Village, Section 16
Being a subdivision of the South half of Section 29, Township 41
North, Range 11, East of the Third Principal Meridian in Cook
County, Illinois.
A copy of which is marked Exhibit A and attached hereto is approved
as a final land use and zoning plat for said real estate and the
President and Board of Trustees is authorized and directed to issue
a special use permit in the form set forth in Exhibit B attached.
Section 2: This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and ,after its passage and approval according to law.
