NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, Illinois: Section 1. Article X - Miscellaneous Revenues 1. All miscellaneous receipts of revenues from all purposes not hereby expressly reserved or appropriated shall be available to any appropriation herein provided for not payable out of specific funds. 2.
