AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 14.204 STOP
INTERSECTIONS OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF ELK GROVE VILLAGE
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board
of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of
Cook and DuPage, Illinois:
Section 1. That Seption 14.204 providing for Stop Inter-
sections in the Village of Elk Grove Village be amended by
adding thereto the following stop intersections to said section:
10. All traffic on Tonne Road and Arlington Heights
Road shall stop before entering in or across Devon Avenue
in the Village of Elk Grove Village.

11. All traffic on Devon Avenue and;Biesterfield
Road shall stop before entering in or across Arlington
Heights Road in the Village of Elk Grove Village.
12. All traffic on Devon Avenue shall stop before
entering in or upon Tonne Road in the Village of Elk Grove
Village.
13. All traffic on Arlingtbu Heights Road shall
stop before entering in or across1}iii8IrveAlidl&'Road in
the Village of Elk Grove Village.
Section 2. The Village Clerk is hereby authorized and
directed to send a certified copy of this ordinance to Andrew
C. Plummer, Superintendent of Highways, Cook County, Illinois.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage, approval and publication according
to law.
