AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 22A.301 OF THE MUNICIPAL
CODE OF THE VILLAGE OF ELY. GROVE VILLAGE RELATING TO
WATER METERS
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED By the President and
Board of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village,
Counties of Cook and DuPage, Illinois:
Section 1. That Section 22A.301 .�f the Municipal Code
of the Village of Elk Grove Village be and is hereby
amended by adding thereto the following:
or its equal
"A Rockwell remote register water meter/shall be
the only approved water meter to be used in all areas
of the Village."
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage and approval according
to law.
