AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER VI ARTICLE I FIRE DEPARTMENT OF
THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE VILLAGE OF ELK GROVE VILLAGE RELATING
TO AUTHORIZED STRENGTH
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Hoard of
Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook
and DuPage, Illinois:
Section 1. That Section 6.101 Establishment, Article I Fire
Department, Chapter VI Fire Department and Code, of the Municipal
Code of the Village of Elk Grove Village be and is hereby amended
to read as follows:
6.101 Establishment.) There is hereby created and
established a Department of the Municipal Government
of the Village of Elk Grove Village which shall be
known as the Fire Department, Said Department shall
consist of:
A Fire Chief
Three (3) Lieutenants
Fifteen (15) full-time firemen. It
Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage and approval according to
law.
