AN �RDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 23 OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE
WHEREAS, the Chicago Title and Trust Co. as Trustee under
Trust No. 45125, Elk Grove Shopping, Inc., and Elk Grove
Bowl, Inc. have consented to the parking regulations contained
herein, and
WHEREAS, the Chicago Title. and Trust Co. as Trustee under
Trust No. 45125 is the owner of the Grove Shipping Center,
and
WHREAS, Elk Grove Shopping, Inc. is the owner of the Elk
Grove Park and Shop, and
WyHEREAS, Elk Grove Bowl, inc. is the owner of the Elk Grove
Bowl building;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED b the President and Board
of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties)
of Cbok and DuPage, Illinois:
Section 1. That Chapter 23, Article IX Fire Lanes, Section
23.903 Lane Designations, of the Mi.nicipal Code of the Village
of Elk Grove Village, be amended by adding thereto the
following:
B. At the Grove Shopping Center at Arlington Heights
and Biesterfield Roads: All areas within 35 feet
of the exterior walls of any shopping center
building and all areas within 35 feet of any curb
which lies within 35 feet of the exterior walls of
said shopping center.
" C. At the Elk Grove Park and Shop: All paved areas
within fifty (50) feet of either the front or
rear exterior walls of the principal building
of the shopping center which principal building
is occupied in part by the I.G.A. Foodliner and
the Ben Franklin Co. store; and, all areas within
twenty (20) feet of the exterior walls of the Elk
Grove Bowl building."
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage, approval and publication according
to law.
