AN ORDINANCE CORRECTING ORDINANCE NO. 421
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and
Board of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village,
Counties of Cook and DuPage, Illinois:
Section 1 That Section 7.1101 of the Municipal
Code ot th village of Elk Grove Village be amended by
eliminating from the Board of Trustees of the Firemen's
Pension Fund the Village Treasurer as a member of such
board,
Section 2 This ordinance shall be in full force
and of of ct from and after its passage and approval according
to law.
