AND NEW BUILDING COMMITTEE AND AMENDING
SECTION 2.209 OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF ELK GRAVE
NOW.. THEREFORE# BE IT ORDAINED by the President and
Board of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village,
Counties of Cook and DuPage,.Illinois:
Section 1. That Section 2.209 of the Municipal Code
of the Village of Elk Grove Village be and is hereby amended
to read as follows:
"2.209 Committees.) The following shall be the
standing committees of the Board of Trustees:
Judiciary, Planning and Zoning, Capital
Improvements and New Building."
Special committees shall be created from time to
time as directed by the Board of Trustees.
All standing and special committees, shall consist
of three members each, including the chairman; unless
the Board shall otherwise direct. All committees
shall be appointed by the President."
Sectidn 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage and approval according to
law.
