HomeMy WebLinkAboutORDINANCE - 362 - 11/12/1964 - PARKING/AMEND CODEORDINANCE NO. 362 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 14.511 OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF ELK GROVE VILLAGE NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage: Section 1. That Section 14.511 of the Municipal Code of the Village of Elk Grove Village be and is hereby amended to read as follows: 1114.511 RESTRICTIONS ON PARKING IN THE INDUSTRIAL AREA IN ELK GROVE VILLAGE) Parking of automobiles and other vehicles is limited to two (2) hours on all days of the week £ram 7 o'clock A.M. to 7 o'clock P.M. and prohibited on the same streets from 7 o'clock P.M. to 7 o'clock A.M., which are enumerated herein: I. All streets and roads bounded by Landmeier Road and Higgins Road between Landmeier Road and Elmhurst Road on the north, Elmhurst Road (also known as York Road) on the east, Devon Avenue on the south and Tonne Road on the west. 2. Bond Street between Higgins Road on the south and Lee Street on the north. 3• Scott Street between Higgins Road on the south and Lee Street on the north. 4. King Street between Higgins Road on the south and Lee Street on the north. 5. Lee Street between King Street on the west and Bond Street on the east. 6. Criss Circle from Bond Street to Lee Street." Section 2. That there be and is hereby added to the Municipal Code of Elk Grove Village the following: 1114.511 (a) Parking of automobiles and other vehicles is prohibited along Landmeier Road, along Higgins Road between Landmeier and Elmhurst Road, along Elmhurst Road, along Devon Avenue and Tonne Road, in the Village of Elk Grove Village." Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage, approval and publication according to law. PASSED and APPROVED this 12th day of November, 1961: James R.
