AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 2.103 OF THE
MUNICIPAL CODE OF TIE VILLAGE OF ELK GROVE VILLAGE
WHEREAS, Section 2.103 as amended would provide for a
regular meeting of the President and Board of Trustees of
the Village of Elk Grove Village on November 26, 1964, which
is Thanksgiving, and on December 24, 1964, which is Christmas
Eve; and
WHEREAS, it is inconvenient for the President and Board
of Trustees to meet on said dates;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and
Board of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties
of Cook and DuPage, Illinois:
Section 1. That Section 2.103 be amended further by
adding the following:
Except that for the year 1964 the meeting
which would be held on November 26 and
December 24 be held on November 25 and
December 23 respectively and instead thereof."
Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage and approval according
to law.
