AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE
OF ELK GROVE VILLAGE BY REPEALING PARAGRAPH (e) OF SECTION
4 OF ARTICLES XII AND XII -A AND AMENDING SECTION 5 OF
ARTICLES XII AND XII -A
WQW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of
Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and
DuPage, Illinois:
Section 1. That paragraph (e) of Section 4 of Articles XII and
XII -A of the Elk Grove Village Zoning Ordinance be repealed.
Section 2. That Section 5 of Articles XII and XII -A of the
Elk. Grove Village Zoning Ordinance be amended to read as follows:
"Section 5. Parking Regulations. Each use shall
provide not less than one automobile parking space for each
three employees using the premises in question at any one
time. No parking shall be permitted within twenty-five (25)
feet of any street."
Section 3• This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage, approval and publication according to law.
