AN ORDINANCE REPEAL114G SECTION 4.502 OF THE MUNICIPAL
CODE RELATING TO THE VILLAGE TREr,SURER BEING THE
EX -OFFICIO COLLECTOR
WHEREAS, the ordinance of the Village of Elk Grove Village have
been in conflict as to who is in fact the Village collector; and
WHEREAS, it is desirable that said conflict be resolved;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of
Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and
DuPage, Illinois;
Section 1. That Section 4.502 of the Municipal Code of the
Village of Elk Grove Village providing that the Village Treasurer be
the ex -officio collector be and is hereby repealed.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and approval according to law.
